1 more day!

It's down to the day before I leave for the rolling hills and beautiful backdrop of the Alps. My plane will arrive in Milan on Monday morning and from there I will (somehow) manage to get to the airport in Turin so I can board the bus to Costigliole d'Asti! I start classes on Tuesday at the International Culinary Institute for Foreigners. I am anxious to meet my fellow classmates and get back into my whites. But for now, I must continue to pack, and find a way to pack 6 months worth of clothes into a couple suitcases! Arrivederci!
